The July 2026 schedule includes $0.234 per piece for DSCF saturation letters, $0.258 for DDU saturation flats, and $0.136 for authorized nonprofit DDU saturation flats. These are qualified commercial bulk-mail prices, not single-piece postage. Eligibility depends on piece design, presort, route coverage, documentation, and entry location.
Marketing Mail is intended for advertising and other non-urgent eligible content. USPS describes delivery as 3-10 business days and does not guarantee it. It generally requires at least 200 pieces or 50 pounds, plus qualifying preparation and presort. First-Class Mail has different eligibility, service standards, and pricing.
Destination entry can reduce postage because the mailer performs part of the USPS transportation work. Availability depends on mail shape and sort. For July 2026 saturation flats, the origin-entry price is $0.308, DSCF/LPC is $0.267, and DDU/SDC is $0.258. Letters do not receive a DDU price in this table.
Eligibility is controlled by USPS authorization and the rules in DMM 703. Tax-exempt status alone does not automatically qualify an organization, and content restrictions apply. Organizations should review the official USPS eligibility guidance and obtain authorization before using nonprofit prices.
Automation prices require machine-compatible pieces, accurate addressing, Intelligent Mail barcodes, and qualifying sortation such as 5-Digit, 3-Digit/SCF, or Mixed. Full-Service Intelligent Mail can subtract $0.005 per addressed piece and Seamless Acceptance can subtract $0.002 when all USPS requirements are met.
Marketing Mail generally requires at least 200 pieces or 50 pounds. EDDM-Retail requires at least 200 pieces or 50 pounds and allows no more than 5,000 pieces per day per 5-Digit ZIP Code. Commercial EDDM and other carrier-route prices have different preparation, payment, and entry rules.
No. EDDM-Retail is $0.260 per piece for eligible flats up to 3.3 ounces under the July 2026 schedule and does not require the annual Marketing Mail permit fee. Commercial EDDM uses the Marketing Mail flats table, with prices based on entry point and weight, and follows commercial preparation and payment rules.
